About the Event
Walking Through Grief is a weekly group open to anyone who is grieving. Bereavement is one of life's most stressful events. To keep stress from building up and to increase your body's production of endorphins (brain chemical's that enhance feelings of well-being), you need to do some "body work". Walking is one of the easiest forms of exercise that helps fight depression and brings increased health benefits.
This group meets every Thursday at 9am at The Bridgeview Center in Ottumwa. Feel free to join in anytime along our walk.
