Get to Know Us
Hospice, Serving Davis and Wapello Counties is the only independent, not-for-profit hospice located in the community. Founded in 1982, Hospice, Serving Davis and Wapello Counties is a community-based and volunteer-driven organization that provides exceptional, high-quality care. Once located in the former St. Joseph Hospital (pictured above.) We are now in our building with the most experienced hospice care team in the area. Hospice serves all of Davis and Wapello Counties, including the communities of Ottumwa and Bloomfield, as well as the rural areas and other towns in the counties. We also serve the surrounding townships in Appanoose, Jefferson, Keokuk, Mahaska, Monroe, and Van Buren Counties.
